Undeniable Need

The value you create for your clients may be profound BUT your client's perception of that value can only be based on how you communicate it.

And of course the problem is that perception is reality!

The way you communicate value will land your client's perception at one of three levels …

That what you do is an unnecessary expense for them, that it is an optional luxury, or that it is an undeniable need.

Naturally the goal should be that you both deliver and communicate value that is in the undeniable need category for your clients.

My experience is that most businesses strive diligently to deliver value that is truly an undeniable need. It is also my experience that many business struggle to communicate that value in a simple, fast, reliable way.
